We recommend that your Dynamics Partner is your first point of contact for all matters concerning the AL Code Tracker, including support. Your Dynamics Partner knows you and they know your entire solution, so in most cases they are best placed to help you.
We will normally get back to you within 1-2 business days.
Please note: Support enquiries that are not related to errors that are reproducible in the most recent version of the AL Code Tracker software and in the most recent version of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central standard database and that cannot be answered electronically or that require more in-depth conversation or meetings, will be invoiced according to our pricelist.
